By booking services with TC Visuals ("Company"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms:

1. Services: The Company will provide real estate photography and/or videography services as selected during booking for the specified property.
2. Scheduling: The Client agrees to have the property accessible and photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time. This includes ensuring lights are on, blinds open, and personal items secured.
3. Delivery: Deliverables within 4 days, with same-day delivery for photography-only shoots.
4. Usage Rights: Upon full payment, Client receives a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for marketing the specified property. Company retains copyright and may use images for portfolio and promotional purposes.
5. Payment: Full payment due at booking.

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule
• Less than 24 hours: Full refund or free reschedule (minus a $50 cancellation fee)
• Weather: Free reschedule at any time due to inclement weather conditions (rain, snow, etc.), including same-day, at no additional cost

To ensure the best results, please have the property prepared:

• All lights turned on (including lamps and under-cabinet lights)
• Ceiling fans turned off
• Toilet lids down, bathroom items stored
• Personal photos and valuables secured
• Trash cans emptied or hidden
• Pets secured in a safe location
• Vehicles removed from driveway (if possible)

Additional preparation time needed on-site may result in additional charges.
